• We require one month rent deposit (in advance) which you get back on the day you leave, when there are no repairs or replacements neccesary in your room
   

• Minimum duration of stay is 1 month. We can take shorter periods in considereration. Price on request.
   

• Maximum duration of stay is 24 months
   

• Monthly payment of the rent can be made via Bank transfer and need to be done before the 1st of each new month
   

• No pets
   

• Leaving notice is one full calender month. We can take shorter periods in consideration.
   

• Smoking in the house is not allowed
